All copyrights to the design of this project are the exclusive property of The project proposes the development of a new five-story mixed-use building that will replace an existing surface parking lot. The building will feature 49 condominiums above 2,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The façade will incorporate stone, formed metal, and beige stucco, creating a refined and contemporary appearance.
