This landmark project aims to strengthen Wuhan’s creative industry presence on both the domestic and international stage, while celebrating the city’s rich architectural heritage. Rooted in the legacy of Lifen Architecture, the development seeks to extend the vitality of the old city while fostering a forward-looking creative ecosystem. By partnering with top-tier global and domestic design institutions, Sino Ocean will lead the growth of a world-class design hub, serving as the core engine of the “City of Design.” The project will integrate work and living spaces within a complete ecological chain, enabling creative professionals to thrive in a sustainable, healthy, and collaborative environment.
