All interior and exterior walls will be freshly painted—white for the main walls and deep gray or black for exposed eaves—while the roof will receive targeted repairs. Additional enhancements include new flooring throughout, duct removal to increase ceiling height, six split-type air conditioning units, and upgraded windows, curtains, and lighting fixtures. Layout changes further optimize the home’s flow and functionality. In the primary suite, the door is repositioned to allow for a rectangular walk-in closet and bathroom, while a small storage room is removed to open up the staircase area. Sliding doors improve connectivity between the living room, kitchen, and exterior spaces.
